"Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor....

"This is a former Olympic training center now used by local youth as a full time training facility so there's a LOT of kids and families staying here but everyone was polite and well behaved. There was no nonsense. There are two food facilities on site - a snack bar that has sandwiches, burgers and snacks and the cafeteria used to feed the athletes and provide the free breakfast. Both were very good. I highly recommend the in-room sauna rooms if you can get them. Note this is an easy to get to...

When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary. "The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this...
