"Amazing property and overall stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and Jaci at the front desk not only upgraded us, but sent up a bottle of whisky and chocolates. It was the best hotel stay I think I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful property and even better people working there. So grateful to sweet Jaci and the rest of the lovely staff at the Louisville Omni! "The hotel itself was very nice, rooms just the right size & clean. Good location for Nulu area. I wish the front desk would have explained the parking a little better. Free parking on the street is limited. I did not realize parking structure for $22.00 a night would turn out to be my only option. There is a drop off area behind hotel that was not explained which would have made things a little easier if I would've known. Still recommend this hotel for Nulu location. "
