"The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place. "Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice). "

"Nice hotel for the money. I wish they had not charged me an “early check in” fee because I had arrived on an intercontinental flight and, more importantly, the room was ready. They didn’t have to do anything extra to check me in."

"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."
