"Pros: - Short walk from JR Sapporo station, and its attached shopping/dinning complex. - Hokkaido's famous confection shop "Rikkatei" is just across the street. - Great breakfast. The buffet option (restaurant at 1st floor) includes infinite icecream. - Very helpful staff who helped us make a reservaton for a local restaurant (we were unable to do it ourselves as it required a Japanese phone number) - Relatively clean and comfy Cons: - The 2 blue cushions on the bed had an odd smell."

"3. Cross Hotel Sapporo, 8/30/2024 - 9/1/2024: Overall upscale feeling. Great location. A couple of minutes from underground walkway. A few minutes to walk to JR station. Surrounded with numerous restaurants and commercial buildings. Clean and fresh air room and fresh toilet room. The breakfast quality was very nice and had various choices of Japanese food and western food. Good variety in vegetables and fruits. Onsen on 18th floor was awesome. You could face a breathtaking view while enjoying the Onsen bath at sunset. The Onsen provided Dyson hair dryers. Sky lounge was on 18th floor, next to onsen. You could also get to see beautiful views. Cons: the vanities surface in bathroom was very small and narrow. Not wide enough to hold a makeup bag."
