"We stayed in the bungalow which was very new and clean. It looks exactly as presented in the pictures. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent. The bungalows have their own outdoor hot tub and sauna area which was nice. There are about 12 bungalows total (I think), so it could get crowded in that hot tub and sauna when the hotel is busy given they weren’t very big. "I wish I stayed there longer. The southern peninsula is awesome..geothermal stream and natural pools..hiking, northern lights, grocery store. A car is best so you can drive to Secret Lagoon, Selfoss..maybe to Reykjavic cause a cab is like $175. From KEF to Hveragerdi, same back to Reykjavic. "

"Our stay at this hotel over New year was nothing but a pleasure, from the minute we stepped into the hotel to the minute we left we were always welcomed. We even seen the northern lights on NYE! Breakfast was lovely and the family room we had was big and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has lots of places to get food within a 2 minute walk along with 2 supermarkets. We will definitely be back 😊"

"We ended our 2 week road trying on Ring Road here. We wanted a warm place to come back to after going to the Blue Lagoon. My boyfriend took a shower and neither drain worked. The bathroom completely flooded and went into the carpet of the main room. We ended up cleaning it ourselves and asked to move to a different room but all were booked.
