"Loved staying here. We took 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Bathrooms and toilets were spotless. Located right next to Dubai mall it was just 10 mins walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has 2 big swimming pools that my kids enjoyed a lot."

"The hotel is very well located in a quiet but very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The are is walkable with a small but practical shopping gallery attached to the hotel. There are lot of good diner options, shishas, pubs, clubs - but your are not impacted by them and don't see them if someone doesn't show you the way. It can used for business or for leisure purposes. "

"A good renovated property that meets the Sheraton brand standard. Excellent business lounge; nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. Across the street from an amazing beach! My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments."

"This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. It’s just too inconsistent in quality to be a top hotel"
