"Thank you Soma House for our clean room and friendly customer service. We stayed at the Soma House for a concert we were going to at the Bill Graham Civic Center. Perfect location and within walking distance. I don't recommend walking at night. Overall, I would stay here again for another event at the Bill Graham Civic Center. "

"Great, affordable hotel with good room options. We wanted more than two beds and they had some with multiple bunk beds. The room is cozy and not a lot of extra space, but worked well for a bed and bathroom. The lounge area is also nice with some couches, tables, and a coffee machine. Location was great, too."

"The hotel is great and lively. However there was a strong chemical smell which I assume was a cleaner, but it was intolerable. I called the front desk and was told the manager was up on my floor and she would alert them but she was clearly gaslighting me because they never showed. There was no explanation for the smell nor was there an attempt to reach out-just a suggestion to change rooms round 10 pm to the last room available. I was checking out in the morning. It was awful and I had to sleep...
