"This was the perfect place to stay for an early morning flight out of Zurich. The staff was great and accommodating. They stored our bags for us until check in free of charge. Also provided me with an extra room on short notice without complaint. I couldn’t be happier with my stay. "

"Really lovely hotel. You needed to request a kettle and return it at check out. Where’s the coffee machine was in situ. They offered a fridge with complimentary drinks, but they were standard, I have food intolerances which meant that half the drinks were of no use to me. So it would have been better to have a choice. The swimming pool and spa was lovely. But most of the sauna and steam rooms were for access of 16+ and nude, which wasn’t ideal for a single mother. My daughter is only 8. The breakfast was good. Amazing selection of teas. The egg station was good. The cups could have been placed near the tea, not just next to the coffee. Ingredients and labels for food could have been clearer. It would have been good to be able to reheat food and drinks. A microwave for use of guests would have been good. It would have been nice if a simple rosti with bacon/ egg was available at the bar or restaurant and I would have liked it if a portion of chips and salads were also available at the bar. "

"I really love Zurich! I really like my stay in CitizenM with my husband. It was good and very cleaned! I love the vibes of the young people at the hotel. It’s fun to be with them. They made our stay memorable. We will come back to citizenM when we visit Zurich next time. "
