"We attended the Salsa New Year party. Our room 103 was clean but there was really bad mold against the whole of the wall on the window. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. If we weren't in rush with new year eve festivities we would have askex for another room. But the hotel was also fully booked. Damp needs to be addressed in this room. We could've get into pool as 1 hour slots and pool was full due to new years. Everything else was okay. "

We did see if we could move/upgrade whilst we were there but felt the superior rooms were an odd shape with even less floor space and the couch didn't even face the TV. "Just stayed for one night before leaving from Birmingham airport. Very happy with the rooms - large bathroom, comfortable beds. Friendly, quick check in. Hotel was easy to get to and close to the airport - just what we needed. "

"A good but plain hotel which would benefit from a decorative tidy up. The weather had been cold, so the room started off cold too. When we requested an extra duvet it took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room - so we had to wait to go to bed."

"Overall a lovely stay at the wyken inn. Check in was fast and friendly. Hotel room was clean and tidy. A few black marks on the sheets but nothing grim. Felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Hearing doors slamming very loudly at very early hours in the corridor was the only downside, I understand that this is unavoidable in most hotels. Absolutely fabulous facilities for the price. I know where I will be staying if I find myself in Coventry again! "
