"I loved this hotel. I booked a room with lounge access. Like everywhere in Japan, I was treated nicely, but The Okura went beyond. Nice amenities in the room and around the hotel. Peaceful spaces and layout. Perhaps not super close to Ginza or shopping restaurants but Tokyo isn’t difficult to navigate. I’ll be back. "

"While the hotel was typical for many Japanese business hotels in the rooms were clean but very small, this one had a beautiful Japanese bath on the top floor. The large hot pool and an outdoor bathing pool with some minerals blended in the water were nice."

"Hotel has amazing garden and less than 10 minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Every Reception desk personal were very sweet and helpful. There is a convenient store for quick snacks, too. We would stay there again. "
