"Really nice hotel, excellent place, right in front of the beach, nice pool and good amenities. However, there are some things that they have to work on: Reception only works until 10.30pm and there is lack of transportation to important points (downtown, airports, restaurant). The place is great, and the manager is aware of the weaknesses; when we talked to him, he was very open to listen to the clients, which is very important. Overall, a great place to stay, relax and enjoy of the the beach...

"Es un buen departamento para pasar los días de verano a gusto.. muy cómoda para ir con la familia.. "

"Llegamos al aeropuerto y no respondían el teléfono después de 30 minutos nos respondieron y preguntaron por qué medio hicimos la reserva, al parecer quería. Arbnb por qué pagan más por qué cuando les dijomos que fue por hoteles.com lo pensaron y dijeron que iban a ver si tenían disponibilidad pese a que teníamos reserva confirmada,al final dijeron que no tenían fisponible, pesimo"

"Los cuartos son amplios y limpios , la playa está limpia y muy tranquila excelente para tener paz, la atención de las personas deben mejorar no se percibe que se tenga vocación de servicio, más bien se notan molestos cuando se le consulta o solicita algún servicio"
