"Was staying overnight as watching The Script. Chosen as it was close to the venue. Booked 2 x double bed room which was really big. Bathroom was nicely decorated as was the room itself. We were on floor 3 on the left hand side the view wasn’t particularly nice but then did not come to look out of the hotel window. Was greeted with a glass of Prosecco Upton arrival and shortbread such a nice wintery touch. Hotel decorated lovely for and a lovely Christmas feel. "

"It was value for money. The hotel was a little tired but mostly clean and presentable. We very much appreciated a room upgrade but the chap that checked us in spoke in a robotic manner with little eye contact. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and helpful"

"Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Perfectly located just off the motorway and very easy to get local busses or metro into Birmingham or Wolverhampton, yet didn’t hear any road noise. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. "
