"I was an older guest with mobility issues. Staff looked after me wonderfully, nothing was too much trouble! Food at Jacks Bar and Restaurant was excellent, they even allowed me to make a sandwich for lunch on my long coach journey ( no stopping for food/drinks). Bedroom was wonderful too, Queen bed and accessible room with wet room bathroom and seat! A prlerfect overnight stay and end to my long haul holiday! Would highly recommend, good with children too from what I saw! "

"Great hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with the air-conditioning in my room. Raised this issue with staff and the matter was dealt with swiftly. Excellent customer service, especially for the young lady who rectified the air-con matter and Victoria who was just amazing! Great job, guys."
