"Can walk from the hotel to the airport terminal "

"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. Staff in all departments were so friendly and professional. The only thing that would stop me going back to this hotel is the noise from the adjoining rooms. The walls are paper thin and we could hear next doors conversation and music. Fortunately we were lucky that this only happened for a few hours on the...

"Decent for the price. A little noisey sounded like kids running around but we only used the room to sleep in so! "

"Overall nice and clean with a very cofmortable bed, as expected, but it took me an hour to find the kettle which was hidden away under the desk and quite difficult to access. No indication ftom reception staff or in the rokm as to where it was hidden. Big black mark for this one, especially in Manchester!"

"Great location for the AO Arena, and to walk into the city. Smooth check in and a nice refurbed room. A lovely addition is access to swimming pool/spa etc. Could have been cleaner, but would definitely return. "

"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."
