"Great location for the price and everywhere is accessible by local transport and walking. Everyday we walked into Triana and down by the river, but we prefer to walk anyway. The staff are very lovely in all sectors of the business and very polite. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired and could do with a lick of paint, We enjoyed our stay."

"One or our rooms had no ventilation, the single window faced inner courtyard that was capped by a glass roof. We were not allowed to run the air conditioner as it had not been turned on yet for the whole building. I didn't like the fact that there is no one at the reception desk overnight. A bit tiring going through one building, up a few levels in the lift, then going to a second building before going to the right floor of the hotel in this second building. The room is a bit cramped. There is water, soft drink, coffee and some simple food for breakfast that is provided which was great. Service was a touch blunt."
