"We had a good experience overall at this hotel. The front desk people were nice/friendly/helpful when they were there but the desk was often not staffed so if you're looking for front-desk service all the time, this won't meet your needs. I believe they have a phone number you can call (or use WhatsApp) that is available 24/7. It's an online self-check-in with codes provided to you for the front-door and your room. They don't have a dining-room but offered breakfast delivered to your room....

"Really excellent location - you need a map to find it but a lot of restaurants in quaint courtyards even closer than the Cathedral which is about a 3 minute walk away. Tiny issue - you check-in in the restaurant opposite - put a sign on the door. Very good facilities in a lovely period building. Never got around to going up to the roof. Good friendly staff."
