"The yacht is amazing and our room was fabulous, and the staff were brilliant. However the self service breakfast wasnt great when it came to cooked items. The food was warm when i expected a hot breakfast. I've stayed in other establishment's with self serve breakfasts and never encounteref this problem. Then we had a problem with the lifts. One wasnt working and then other would not come down to 1st floor, only manageing to make it to quayside. My wife had to walk up to the 3rd floor reception...

"Great apartment. We were greeted by our hostess and she showed us around the apartment. Seeing the house boats on the canal was interesting. One morning a group of kayakers were playing some game on the canal, it was fun to watch. We would stay here again."

"Everything was great apart from the mattress which I did not find very comfortable. The location is great for the underground and DLR. There are places to eat within walking distance, the staff were friendly and the room was nice and spacious. I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "
