Amazing hotel for a short break- fantastic rooms and views! The food, bar and staff were fantastic. The pool was a little cold and the queues for the lifts were only slight negatives.

this was our second tie past two years.me staying here in the past two years. the staff are exceptional. One stand out was Antonella, one of the breakfast hostess/supervisor. She was observant, efficient and most of all very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff are terrific. The all you can eat full English breakfast is enough to make you want to stay here. the views are amazing from the top floor bar and restaurant. We had a couple of minor glitches which were taken care of with a phone call to the front desk Our only real complaint was, it seemed almost every day the housekeeping staff missed something, no towels one day no milk and coffee the next, etc. rather than complaining it was simpler to just make a phone call to the front desk, we would have whatever we needed within minutes We stayed in one of the Executive suites which was nicely furnished and comfortable. Room service was prompt Overall the terrific staff made up for the occasional shortcoming.

Room was ok, expected it to be a bit larger considering I upgraded, but for me personally what the biggest let down was the TV did not have any streaming apps not even Netflix which was very disappointing as the TV itself was large and a good brand but wasted as I had to watch standard channels. Staff were exceptional very friendly and approachable.

The lady on reception was especially friendly and helpful (I think she was from Italy) she was a credit to the hotel! The room was clean and spacious. The only negative was that the pool water was dirty as there was lots of tissue/paper in the pool. I was unsure if the filter was not working properly? Other than that minor issue, I would highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area 🙂

The check-in process was easy; the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay and the dining staff went above and beyond to accommodate us including daily reserving a table for six and making jokes that made our party feel comfortable and welcome. When we return to London (from the U.S.) we will look no farther for our hotel stay than Novotel, Canary Wharf.

The hotel is stunning, nice and clean. You can go for a nice stroll as have plenty of amenities near by. However, the hotel has no parking facilities which is a must. Its was very hard to find a parking space in the parking lot. We had to pay £26 for 24 hours. Its was 15 minutes walk back to the hotel.

Considering the prices this hotel charge, I would expect the condition of the rooms to be better than they are. I would also expect a warmer and friendlier greeting from front of house staff both on arrival and departure I found these interactions quite rude and almost as though we were interrupting them! The television didnt work either. Beds were comfortable

A 10 minute or so walk from Canary Wharf underground/overground stations, and the DLR, so a very accessible place to stay when in the area. We attended a concert at the O2 and were back at the hotel just after 10.30, so also a great place to stay if you are doing the same. We paid for a City View room and my daughter chose to sleep with her head at the wrong end of her bed so that whenever she opened her eyes she saw the City - she loved it! The shower arrangement with the on/off opaque window was not our preference - in our view these are great for double rooms but not ideal in a twin. Yes, if you were there alone or as a couple, then it would be great to shower whilst taking in the view, but not ideal for friend groups etc. Also, the doors to the bathroom were quite difficult to operate. Breakfast was ok - have had worse in a hotel - but have had better too. Would have liked fresh coffee and tea rather than using machines. One other thing - we got back to the hotel at 10.40pm - we wanted to go to the bar and have a drink before it closed at 11pm. However they refused to serve us, telling us that they close the till at 10, but allow guests to remain until 11. What a stupid arrangement! And finally, if you like your hotel room cool I have a top tip. The aircon is set to not go lower than 19, but if you ring reception they can override it and set it lower.
