"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. "O atendimento do hotel em si foi bom. Mas infelizmente fui acordada antes das 06:00 com hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, gritando super alto e a gritaria permaneceu por horas (acho que era uma excursão de alguma coisa). O banheiro estava tomado de mofo e com um cheiro muito forte, da escada conseguiriam me ver tomando banho, pois ela dava pro corredor do primeiro andar e não tinha como fechar, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto para ter privacidade. Lovely staff, great food & facilities

"I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."
