"Good standard rooms (although lift wasn't working and I had to lug my case up stairs). Pleasant reception staff and very helpful and I was able to check in early which was really appreciated. Had lunch in the bar which wasn't very impressive. Also there were Xmas parties going on and I think I was next door to 4am revellers. Might be a good idea to group party goers together and any single bookings, like myself, in another wing!!! Overall, though, no serious problems and I would stay here...

Hearing doors slamming very loudly at very early hours in the corridor was the only downside, I understand that this is unavoidable in most hotels. Absolutely fabulous facilities for the price. I know where I will be staying if I find myself in Coventry again! "
