"There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months."

"Had a great stay here . Staff was friendly and check in and out was a breeze . Was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was I couldn’t get a hot shower . Otherwise place is excellent. Shops , restaurants and bars are all a short walk . "

"Very clean, quiet room. Perfect for 4 nights while we were in town for the United Airlines half marathon. Easy access to trains and quick trip into Manhattan. Coffee machine and water on ground floor. Using the mobile app to access the room is very quick and convenient. "

"The pictures of the property showed the bed in the bedroom facing the window with direct ocean views I was dis appointed to find out the bed was moved and no longer faced the ocean view."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...
