"Excellent facilities and a bright modern hotel. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The only problems were the room was way too hot and the lifts were in a poor state of repair with only one working. Its a good hotel but could be a bit better with a little more effort."

" Very central for V&A and Discovery - plenty eating places around. The room for breakfast was quite cold - maybe add a bit more heating for comfort. The shower screen at the bottom in our room was pretty dirty- maybe a bit of bleach would clean it up - everything else was fine."
