The hotel is very clean, warm and inviting. The Monk's Bar in the hotel has delicious drinks and food, and is staffed by a great bartender who knows his business and knows the area. "A really cool, really unique place! The room was wonderful, very large, and the place felt nicely old school, but up to date in terms of amenities and comfort. Parking is free, it's close to many things, and the experience was great. One drawback was that they were hosting a wedding the next day, so some of the lobby was removed, and there were some pre-wedding revelers who took over the bar -- but that was a minor issue."
