"The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service...

"The hotel and the room itself was very clean and updated. Air and heat was on point and the bathroom was highend with fixtures and lighting. Mattress was comfortable for me but not so much for my husband. The only issue we had was on the 1st night the connecting room had kids and babies and they stayed up making lots of noise until 1 and 2 in the morning so we didnt get much sleep.
