The space
My lovely property has a mix of vintage and modern styles which makes it pretty unique. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift which makes it easier to access.
You will find a bright living/dining room with a very comfy L-shaped sofa - perfect for resting in front of the flat screen TV enjoying the sunset by the big window.
The vintage dining table is ideal for lovely home-cooked meals or laptop space - cosy and convertible.
You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, with all the modern amenities needed for your getaway with your partner, business trip or friend. There is even an Espresso machine so you can enjoy a cup of coffee before exploring the city.
The large bedroom is fitted with a luxurious and comfortable double-size bed, fitted with high hotel quality linen, providing you with a comfortable night's sleep. There is also ample storage space all around the property for your personal belongings.
A well-decorated bathroom, with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries.

Parking on street in front of
the building, and in neighbouring
streets. Bothwell street can be busy
with parking so please be aware we
can't always guarantee a space.
If you can't get parked on Bothwell
Street, there is also free street parking
on Albion Terrace and Albion Road.

* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
*The property is located on the second floor
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
