"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. "This is the best property in Búzios, hands down. The building is beautiful, staff is very attentive and food is amazing. We spent 4 nights at Casas Brancas and wish we could stay longer. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from (Aparecida served as every morning and she was great). Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and polite. My room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing and Casas Brancas is a walking distance from the Main Street (rua das Pedras) where all the shops and restaurants are located. We had dinner one night at Restaurant 74 which is located at Casas Brancas and food was delicious. Their attention to detail is impeccable. "

"This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. The property was very clean, room was clean and well organized. I felt like it was worth every dollar. Truly a first class experience. Everyone was very professional, helpful and genuinely kind. I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend! "

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
