The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". "Modern rooms that are soundproofed. Being able to rent a guitar and plug it into an amp in the room is very cool. No way to change temperature, though. A real pain during my stay because the weather was warm and I couldn’t cool the room. 2 different shower gels felt like a bit of luxury. Clever idea to have a galley with tea and instant coffee right at the entrance to the floor. Decent location attached to a shopping mall with 2 grocery stores. Slow check-in."
