Quiet and back in the woods
We really enjoyed are week at Glenhaven. Spoiled having cinnamon rolls and sandwiches from the store. Sitting on the front porch every morning and evening watching the goats, donkey, chickens and a cute little long tailed weasel was the best. Thank you so much!!

We had a great stay in Glen Haven and the cabin was very nice and the area was gorgeous. We saw a couple of deer, a mother turkey with 6 young chicks, and a donkey. I hope to book this cabin in the future.

This is exactly as listed. It only was a little.warm one night lol but there is more then enough fans. Loved the area as it was exactly what we were looking for. The views where amazing. There is a little stream that goes down by all the properties that was beautiful and loved hearing the sound. I ran around the roads and every body was courteous and it was absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend. Just bring enough clothes as the ad states no washer and dryer but your not that far from estes if you needed to run in and do a load.

Great getaway
If you enjoy nature and hate the crowds associated with Estes this is the place for you. A quiet secluded cabin with a great host. Located just a 20-30 min drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. We’ve stayed several times with our boys over the years. The stairs are a concern for young children, so take note if you have anyone younger than 5 in your group.

Quiet place
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so quiet at night. We enjoyed the solitude with our pups. Wifi was in and out but with monsoon season the weather could have affected the signal. Be aware you likely won’t have phone service while there but it can be a great break from technology! You

Mountain House
We had a great stay here! The house was a good size for 3 adults and 1 dog. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom has plenty of towels, and the kitchen had all the appliances you could need. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed walking on the road with our dog, and she even spotted a mule deer from the living room window! Easy and beautiful drive to Estes Park and the general store was had delicious sandwiches and cinnamon rolls!

Perfect home base for exploring the area
This cabin was a perfect home base for all of the activities we did in the area (hiking, fishing, visiting RMNP). The Crosier Mountain trails are close by, well-maintained and fun hikes. We saw plenty of elk when driving to/from Estes. There is a small farm across the street that does make it feel a little less secluded but wasn't noisy. The little stream that runs beside the road was lovely.

Good location
We had everything we needed. Pretty views. Good internet connection. Only complaint is that the pictures did not accurately show how steep the stairs were. They were very difficult to go up and down. We would like to have known that before making our decision.

Secluded in the middle of nowhere. AWESOME!!!
Located in the town of Glen haven which has one store with very little stuff that closes at 5pm the end of august and a post office and no corners. LOL The cabin is on a slightly steep hill and pretty private. One neighbor on one side and another barely visible across the street. The house was very clean and LOADED with everything you may need. So many pots and pans and silver ware etc etc. Towels OMG never seen so many towels in one place but a store. Worried about not having enough hot water? NOT HERE. I actually seriously caution you about the HOT water especially with children. I aint complaining just explainin so nobody gets burned it was awesome for us to take never ending HOT showers back to back. There is a bedroom on the main level and thats also where the only bathroom is located. The living area and 2 bedrooms are on the upper level. Nice size decks front and back. When you stay here to visit Estes park only a short drive away. IDK how long as I was driving like miss daisy to take in all the sites and pulling over to let people pass the scenery is gorgeous. Anyways make sure to take some time to drive north east towards drake the scenery along that way is super cool. My communication with the owner was perfect quick and smooth. Never actually talked to them but emailing was great. The WIFI worked great. The T.V and couch were great. Not having Air conditioning was NOT an issue at all the fans cooled the house down fast and with basically no humidity in Colorado we were very cozy in the 70, and high 80,degree temps. In fact my wife was actually cold. LOL Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Loved it!
The cabin was great to stay in. Very comfortable and indeed secluded, beautiful scenery to wake up to. Very well stocked with towels, Kleenex/t.p., kitchen equipment. Ours boys loved having their own bedrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 4. My only complaint would be that there is not access to a washer/dryer and one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor gets pretty toasty during the day. The drive to Estes from Glen Haven is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Secluded Cabin Getaway!
This cabin had everything we needed for the stay! Close to RNMP and Estes Park! We arrived later than we wanted to after it was already dark, and the place was kind of scary to find in the dark. There is no cell service for AT&T in the area, so it was good that I downloaded the map of the area to my phone so we could find it. WiFi was great to use to communicate with our families to let them know we got in safe. Would recommend making WiFi instructions printout and put with other laminated handouts on table. It was beautiful driving in and out during daylight! Would stay here again next time!

Fantastic Opportunity to Experience All That Mother Nature Has to Offer!
Phenomenal rental nestled in the mountainside! We had a fantastic time staying here. The location provides a first-hand experience with the ambiance of Glen Haven and the surrounding community. The location is far enough from Estes Park to enjoy quiet evenings relaxing by the babbling stream...yet is only 15 minutes from downtown Estes Village's sites and sounds! The owner is extremely friendly and readily available to handle any questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this rental without any hesitation!
