Weekend Getaway in the Mountains
We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a great weekend- very relaxing which was just what we were looking for. Pros: the house was spacious, with a large great room to relax in, the bed was comfortable, the towels were great, and the garage was extra nice to have as it got into single digits at night. The furnace worked well and the house is well insulated. The wraparound porch looked nice, but February is not the time to use it. Cons: the shower head has calcium build up and did not spray well - it should be replaced. The house is across the street from the hospital rather than away from town as the picture looks - fortunately we only heard 2 sirens the whole weekend. This is a Vacasa property, so there are extra fees besides the VRBO fee, just be aware of the added cost, it was like adding another night’s stay to the overall bill. My husband was concerned with the electrical wiring on the porch - it looked very old.

Cozy cabin in great location.
We were in town for our friends' wedding, and this cabin was a great place! Very close to town and the venue by car, and beautiful views. We appreciated the comfy couches, ample towels, and kitchen.

An interesting house
There was a lack of information that would have stopped me from making this reservation. Uneven floors between rooms that were a trip hazard for both my daughter and myself - youngest person staying there was 61 and the uneven steps between rooms and numerous throw rugs were not comfortable walking. The elk visiting during our stay were beautiful.

Perfect for hiking trips to RMNP
This house had plenty of space, was well stocked, and was the ideal location for trips to town and to RMNP. The backyard was a bit overgrown with weeds and the bedsheets could use an upgrade.

Wonderful Anniversary Vacation
Property was very well equipped and only had to pick up a few items to function. Had several meals at the home and spent most of our time hiking and really enjoyed the ability to relax. So close to everything we needed and the views were unbelievable.

We left
We checked in at 9 pm Thursday night after a very long day of travel. We opened the few windows we could to try and cool it off but it was stagnant inside and there were 0 fans. The one in the smaller room would only run while the light was on so it wasn’t usable. The sheets felt like cheap toilet paper and the pillows were not usable. The flying bugs all over the house were the icing on the cake and we left at 1030 to try to find a hotel since this was not an option to sleep at.

Spacious house.
This house is very spacious with comfy seating in living room. Garage to park in was great. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We had a great stay. The only issue we had with this is it was August and house gets warm with no air conditioning. There is one box fan in house and thankfully we brought our own fans also. It helps to put fans in the windows but some a/c in bedrooms would really be nice. The hospital is right across the street but surprisingly it was quiet. We had some deer visit in morning.

Not great. Just ok
Improvements need to be made. Bathroom sink leaked quite a bit into cabinet and floor. Step down from kitchen is an accident waiting to happen. Can only stream on tv. No ac in the home. Temperatures while we were there were high 80s during the day so it was warm since none of the windows curtains. Also made it very bright in the bedrooms at 5:30am each morning.

Perfect For Our Needs
Great location, walking distance to everything in town as long as walking u/ down hills is OK. It's on the top of a hill so be prepared. Quick, easy access to RMNP. House was well appointed and furnished nicely, very comfortable all around and in a pretty setting. Only downside....Previous guests didn't get their money's worth in cleaning fees. I've shared details with Vacasa and they expressed apologies. We pay hefty cleaning fees so the expectation should be a very clean property. Somebody was cutting corners at this location. Not enough to cause us concern, but enough to be skeptical of all of the fees.

Awesome spot to stay outside RMNP
My 2 sons (ages 18 and 15) and I had an awesome stay here. Comfortable and clean and a perfect location close to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed the grill on the back patio and watched a mama mule deer and her fawn hang out just outside the fence. Plenty of kitchen items which was nice.

Cozy, quiet, rustic place just off the strip
This was such a relaxing place to stay during our vacation in Estes. Everything was clean and well kept. The only negative was with the bedrooms. This is an old house with a significant slant to the east. While one of the beds had been propped up on bricks to level it out, the 2nd bedroom did not and that led to some sinus pressure and aching back. If not fixed, just be prepared to sleep away from the headboard and that should solve it! Also, temperature control was a slight issue, but opening windows works nicely! Overall, would recommend!

Inside of house was clean, well quipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom. There is no AC, my bad I did not realize it. Outside of home needs work, tall grass growing all around property, wasn’t pleasant seen got while sitting outside.. Bench on front patio was dusty. There was extension cord hanging just outside if entrance. Be careful with custom steps carved out of two stone plates between kitchen and living room if walking barefoot, you may bump into it in dark and get hurt. Overall, not bad.

Great location in Estes Park
The location was perfect. About a mile from town and 15 minutes from the RNP entrance. We loved the large great room with all the windows. There were all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans you would need to cook at home. The only downside was that the house could use a little TLC!

Outside property needs TLC. and issue of mice.
Out ide property needs some TLC especially the back yard that's fenced in. There was lots of mice droppings in garage and outside around house especially in back kitchen small porch. We like its location to downtown Estes Park and especially the big open room and wrap-around porch. It could be a gorgeous property. Upon arrival we reached out to management via email asking what the WiFi login. No one ever responded. The house has great promise, but again lacks TLC.

Weird location, no cell service
Clean house, managed by Vacasa, absolutely no communication with them or owner. Location is behind a hospital, so ambulances coming and going with helicopter landing. Town is small so you are close to everything. House is cold, does not seem to be well insulated. Other than than pretty well equipped with good garage parking.
