"We stayed at the property for just one night. The property is very near to Ferry Terminal however, around 25 minutes walk (~ 2 km) from old town centre. There is direct Tram available from nearby Tram stop. The rooms were pretty neat and well organized. Heating was working fine and the wifi strength was pretty good. Staffs were very helping in keeping our luggages the nexy day after we checked out. Nearby there are few restaurants. We enjoyed Indian food one afternoon at Villa Thai Restaurant...

"The “well text you the code”, is kinda … when you travel with a foreign number and don’t know what to expect in this regard. The property was clean. Room very comfortable. The bathroom tiny. Washing my face was a challenge. Water all over the floor. Overall, it’s a great place. Close to the beach, in a walkable distance to the center of the city, Has free parking for a few cars. And I have to say that their lock system is actually very innovative."

"The location is amazing, by the Kuressaare castle. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building. The first floor is a restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the castle and great food. "

"Definitely a "you get what you pay for" which for this trip was all i wanted. I had no plans on staying in the hotel except to sleep and shower. For that, the hotel was perfect. Clean, small, centrally located, included breakfast. Good enough. Only knocks on the place was that you did hear every sound in the hallways like others have written. Doors don't close tight at all, and everything squeaks. Second, breakfast hours were only 8-10. I had an earlier flight when i left, so i missed...

"Shabby and worn-out interior. Thin walls. Noise and unrest during the night, I did not feel safe. Only Russian channels on tv. "

Very comfortable stay

"Wonderful hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, some with huge windows that go to the floor. TVs have been upgraded from the pictures and rooms have all the amenities you need - robes, fridges, hair dryers. Close to the city centre, although a bit of an uphill walk in if you are going back and forth a lot (but Bolts are very cheap if you need them). Very close to the cathedral which is the most beautiful building in the city. Breakfast is excellent - I was even allowed to go early one morning because I had to leave for a trip. The spa is fantastic - has two big pools, two jacuzzis and three different types of saunas that you can use for free every day. "
