"The steam room did not work 1 day neither did the whirlpool. I had a massage which was excellent. The curtains in my room did not close properly and let light in and I found that disturbing as light keeps me awake. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was tasty and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will stay here again. "

"It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "

"In overall everything was good. Not much options on the breakfast, but still satisfying. Staff is friendly and helpful. Double room is big enough and the presence of a balcony is very pleasing. One minus is noises from the pub downstairs and from the street, if you an early sleeper or with kids not the best place to stay. But we really enjoyed our stay."

"Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Smell of smoking was present in hallways and in the room after a couple of hours (the first few hours the smell was of air deodorizer and cleaning products which was pleasant). We were able to open the windows for fresh air, but had to close at night when it got cold. Great price for a last-minute booking. Good location, a small convenience store around the corner and not far from some tourist...
