"They didn’t have good WiFi. It was in fact unuseable. Staff just made excuses but all guests we spoke to couldn’t use/connect to WiFi. I chose this hotel because it said WiFi - I had work to do as our stay was for 6 nights. "

"The property is very central in Paihia and everything is so assessable by foot. The unit is self contained, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts are very friendly and provided us with lots of very useful tourist information like best places to eat and places of interest. Loved our time here and definitely recommend to others."
