"Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms early which was easy and efficient. The room clean and comfortable . The second room at 3pm i gave up on until the evening, as the line ups were long and slow to check in . The second room 1234 was very nice, but could have done with a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. The car parking on the lower ground floor does need to be looked at . Parking is very tight. I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out of my car. Not ideal for a 67 year old lady. A minor fault . A very nice hotel which we will return to again . Second stay. Great area to stay for sightseeing. Tube close by . "

"The staff here are excellent and the location is a perfect base to explore London. The only down side is that even though it’s on a side street, the street noise can still be quite loud, especially when the pub down the street is closing. "
