"Amazing hotel. Loved everything about it. Many posh hotels charge for every little thing- not so here. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, milk, soda, cookies and popcorn daily. Beautifully clean- smells great and has wonderful toiletries. Excellent, kind staff and ideal location. Literally no complaints whatsoever. "

"I haven’t stayed at the Pelham for several years and the staff and service was fabulous. Anna at the front desk was so nice and helped. Thomas the concierge was amazing. He helped me with which tube to get on as well as walked with us to the train platform so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. He was an amazing asset to the hotel. We will be back!! "
