"Amazing personalized touches in the room especially for kids. We arrived on Easter and they had a chocolate bunny, robe and slippers and a hot chocolate setup for my son. A tube station, several restaurants, shopping and museums are all within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Travelling solo so I booked a cosy double room. This was indeed small but was fine for one person. The bathroom again very small but sufficient for just me. Room and bathroom always cleaned well when required. Communal spaces in the hotel were excellent. The ESQ bar was a very pleasant place to stop for a drink and service very good. Front desk had lovely welcoming staff. The gym was small but adequate for what I needed four times over the week. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. It was very quiet overnight and a very convenient location close to the tube and many local eateries."

"On arrival, the doorman Max was absolutely amazing greeted us had a nice showed us where to check in also showed us that we can get tickets for stadiums like Arsenal made a smile and laugh. Max the doorman was an amazing person. Had breakfast every morning the staff are very nice. They make sure that you’re okay when you’re sat down. The breakfast was very nice but the only thing that was bad was the coffee machines they only gave you half a cup of coffee and personally and I’m pretty sure loads of people would like a full cup of coffee. The Health Centre spa was lovely to steam room was nice bit too hot but it was alright. The sauna was gorgeous. The swimming pool was a bit too cold, but it was nice. The temperature just needed to be a bit higher. That’s all the Jacuzzi smell of chlorine. I nearly suffocated of this smell apart from that it was nice. I would come back again."

"We stayed at Copthorne Tara for a week. The facilities were good though the rooms could do with minor works. The location was great since High Street was only 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff members were very courteous and always ready to help."

"We had a fantastic stay! We are two adults traveling with our 4-year-old child. The location is perfect — the subway is right outside the door. Housekeeping was excellent; our room always looked spotless and well-arranged every time we returned. The only downside was that breakfast, early check-in, and the extra bed for our child were quite expensive."
