The staff, especially Natalia at the front desk, were friendly. The view from the balcony area where you eat breakfast while gazing out at the ocean is gorgeous. "We stayed for 5 nights and it was simply amazing. This property has been owned by a husband and wife for 25 years. They maintain it very well and the room was way nicer than the 2 star rating this hotel has. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our patio each morning once requested. Housekeeping daily and they reset our room each time perfectly. We had a perfect view of the caldera from our patio every single day. Highly recommend!"
