"This is about the 4th time we've stayed at Playa Largo. The amenities are great... service was good this time but is hit or miss. This was the second time we've had leaking in our room though. This time, 2 nights in a row, there was a big puddle in the hall on the way to the bathroom. Lucky we didn't slip and fall. It was enough water to soak an entire bath towel. Only issue was that it's not clear if you need to leave before the office opens you have to arrange this. Nothing on the hotels.com site states this and it's only on information given at resort. Delayed my arrival at next destination by 2 hours as I had to wait for the office to open before I could check out. "
