"Gio, at reception was exceptional as a host as well as tour guide! He made us feel so welcomed. He made suggestions for things we might enjoy and made us aware we were very close to the Everglades. We tried his suggestions and they were great! Paola was the lady who prepared and cleaned our room. I don't think I ever had a cleaner room. We were delighted to get to meet her. She's a lovely woman. We are so glad we found this place!"

"Rooms were clean and roomy. Back area by the water was so nice. Peaceful and saw manatee. Parking is not paved but still ample parking for units. Front desk was helpful with food suggestions. "

"It seemed that there were other outside persons roaming and playing int the halls making a lot of noise until late hours in the night. Staff was going to look into it. Staff was very polite and over all it is a nice place to stay, if only the construction was completed."

"When we arrived, there was a hidden fee of over $60. If that is going to be assessed, it needs to be clearly expressed when it is ordered on Expedia when we got into the room there was an odd smell that never went away the whole time. The couch was totally uncomfortable, and so you were pretty much confined to the bed or the balcony."

"We spent 3 days at Parmers. We had the Shark room. 1 bedroom sleeper sofa and 2 baths. Great location by the boat launch. The front bathroom drain went to the ground under the unit so we used the 2nd bathroom. We told the staff while we were there. Very simple breakfast provided, bread English muffins fruit coffee. We looked forward to the daily afternoon cookies and lemonade. Bed was a small queen which was tough if you are used to a king. The grounds are so peaceful. Close enough to other busy...
