"Kath was proactive with suggestions for our visit and very responsive to questions. Check in was without issue and apartment afforded plenty of room for our family of 4. We were comfortably warm for some chilly nights and had plenty of natural lite during the day. Location was a simple and tranquil walk to St Andrews. We enjoyed the time thoroughly. "

"The Vintage is in a perfect spot to access the Old Course, the beach, the castle and old-town St. Andrews. Comfortable and spacious for a flat, even the upstairs bedrooms are more spacious than typical. Loved it and would stay again."

"My family come from Carnoustie area so know it well. We came up from Manchester for a break and a special family gathering . Friends came too who never visited before and they were over the moon with the house and surrounding areas . The Beach BoatHouse made the trip just that little bit more special. Highly recommended."

"Outstanding place for a St Andrews golf trip for 4 players. Each of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen is very modern and well outfitted. Family room comfortable enough for twice the size and there is a cozy outdoor dining area. Walk to dozens of restaurants and pubs and easy 15 minute walk to the Old Course. We even walked over with our clubs on our backs...so easy."

"We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. X"
