"Fantastic location! It’s only a few minutes walking to the middle of Bourbon Street. The hotel overall was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only concerns were the sink leaked a bit and the toilet seat was loose, but I’m sure they would have fixed it if we told them about it. Ultimately we would stay here again! "

"Location was great, bell staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy and front desk clerk gave me an upgrade. However the rooms are dated and dirty. Curtains in my room (354) were torn to shreds. Tub leaked continuously and wouldn’t fully convert to a shower so the water pressure was horrible. Spoke to front desk but nothing changed throughout our 4 night stay. We were a group of friends in 5 different rooms and 3 rooms had significant plumbing issues.
