"We loved our stay at B B Edinburgh! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed spending some time in the beautiful library chatting with some other guests we met. B B Edinburgh is charming and lovely. I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 because they do not provide parking for guests, and we had to manage that ourselves. Parking in the area can be limited and expensive, but thankfully we found a place nearby. Other than that, all was lovely...

"Hotel was easy to find and approximately 10 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre or to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable however the walls are very thin and as such this makes for a noisy atmosphere. We could hear people coming in late at night and leaving early in the morning. However this was my only real problem with the hotel. Decent for price. "

"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The building was clean, room was ok. Could have done with a wipe over on mirrors and bathroom surfaces. The shower could do with being replaced as it was certainty lacking in power and full of mold/limescale. Also a shower tray would be useful to place toiletries on while showering. It would also be useful to have information in the room in regards to food menu times served and breakfast times etc. Breakfast didnt start till 08.30 so to late for us to...

"Very convenient for the city, either by walking or right on a bus route. Good selection of restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy check-in and comfortable room. Ideal for city break"

"Very quiet. No staff on premises to answer any questions/direct so best to be prepared about your stay & do your research about transportation around the accommodation "

"Great location for exploring Edinburgh, city centre is easily walkable. Arrived late due to transport issues and host was very accommodating. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking. Other than that, great price for a very convenient location. "

Two things I'd ask to fix: shelf in bathroom was falling down and curtains didn't quite cover the window so light crept in bit too early. Other than that it was perfectly nice accommodation, easy check-in and check-out"
