Quercia the house with an incredible view and swimming pool

'Quercia' apartment enjoys incomparable views and tranquillity. The entire property was recently renovated in a modern style and offers large windows from which to admire the lake and the surrounding mountains. The pleasant garden and the panoramic swimming pool are shared only with another apartment. On site you will have 2 reserved parking spaces.
You can reach one of the most renowned resorts of Lake Garda, Gardone Riviera, by driving about 10 minutes.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise the entire house with PMC (Presidio Medico Chirurgico) brand products, the only ones approved to kill bacteria/viruses.
In addition, upon request, we can carry out an ozone treatment, one of the world's best odour removers and non-chemical sanitisers. This machine can deeply purify an environment, even all fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous host may have left behind. The additional cost for this treatment is calculated on request.

Pets are welcome, but we do not accept more than one dog/cat and charge a €75 pet fee.

Wonderful!
We stayed a week, family of 5 with 3 kids. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Great pool, and the best view you could imagine. Host responsive andkind. The only downside for me is that getting there is tricky, through such narrow streets
