"Location is very convenient. Rooms are ok size if u choose the residential double. But otherwise quite tight. Washing machine in the room is awesome. Can definitely improve on kitchen supplies, I.e only 2 forks and no spoon, no chopsticks. There is no toaster im the room, and they don’t supply it either."

"Time: end of October. Things we did not anticipate: 1) the washroom is older. It is older than the ones in the hotel gracery in Shinjuku. 2) There was a constant smell outside the hotel. This does not affect the stay. 3) The room is small, no space to have two carryon luggages open at the same time. The bed size is double.
