"Nice location. Quiet part of Ginza but still accessible. Hotel rooms are small. We got an inside connecting room. It was tiny but at par for hotels in tokyo. Bed is comfortable. Room in general is comfortable, but showing signs of wear. Front desk is efficient. They are strict on key return."

"Well located hotel within a 10 minute stroll to nearest exit of East Ginza subway station. At least two convenience stores within a minute's walk away. Hotel is clean, staff is polite, check in and out is smooth and hassle free. Small point - front desk forgot to return my passport upon check-in after they xerox a copy, thought it was a new procedure until I felt it was not very right lol."

"Staff was very attentive. Check in was very easy, housekeeping staff was very friendly. They arranged to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto, which was the 3rd leg of our trip. Price for forwarding out bags was exceptional. Location is close to shopping, dining and transportation. The only thing that took some getting used to is how small hotel rooms are in Japan. "
