"The place was beautiful. Lived up to expectations. I did check in late, and they had taped an envelope with my name to the reception door. Inside the envelope was a key and welcome letter. The letter was informative, but had no obvious notation of my room number. I was perplexed, and unsure of what to do. "Really great hostel - perfect location in the centre of the small Franz Josef town. Close to a few pubs and importantly the skydive centre. The staff were really friendly. They offered free veg soup every evening and the kitchen was very well equipped. Private room was comfy and the showers were great. Lovely touch to have the hot tub available too. Everywhere was very clean. Would definitely recommend. "
