"This is a heritage listed building with tasteful renovation. It is in a superb location with plenty of food choices. The breakfast buffet is also great with exemplary selections. "Definitely a sweet well appointed boutique hotel that offered a sumptuous breakfast included and helpful staff. Small room with un inviting chairs, facing the Grand Hotel across the alley and some thumping noise from the bar’s music below made hanging in the room or getting early sleep more of a challenge. I would stay there again but search out better room (not sure if this was an Expedia limitation). FYI Gym was next door at the Grand Hotel, not in house but easy access. "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Even though the room did not have windows, it didn’t affect the stay at all. Considering my room was in the middle of the corridor, it was lovely and quiet. Location is excellent - close to station and to food places. Breakfast was divine. There was a big flask of coffee at reception (free) but not available all day. Overall, I would stay here again."

"This was a wonderful stay for us! It was such a great experience to be able to stay in the historic Gamla Stan of Stockholm. The staff was not onsite when we checked in, but the instructions were very clear (in English) for us to check in on our own. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Being a building from 1607, I will point out that there are spiral stairs to the room. I personally think all of the modifications to make such a historic building work for modern hotel...
