The bed was uncomfortable, curved, and didn’t fit the frame properly. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block any sound, making it difficult to sleep. Not as advertised... Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"This was my hour 13th visit to this resort. This time we bought family and friends with us for a total of 20. Some had an issue at check in. They waited 2-3 hours before they got into their room, had an issue with luggage getting lost, but they dealt with it. I believe after that, they all had a good time. They are talking about returning next year. The thing I missed most was the blue cheese on the buffet. I was looking forward to it and was disappointed when I didn’t find any. Our room was fantastic, above and beyond what I expected."
