"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba cuando bajaban a desayunar. Realmente te despertaban!! todos los dias."

"first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job."

"Staff are nice people. The room was dated, dirty walls and other places that the cleaning staff can't really help. Exposed box spring of the bed. Room key requires a certain je-ne-sais-quoi for it to work on the door. More of a property owner issue? Otherwise, sheets and towels were OK. A/C was cool. Internet was adequate. Shower had hot water and strong pressure. Location was less than 10-minute walk to Praia Grande, just a bit more to Praia de Anjos. Ample parking. Building and...

"My family and I stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The hotel was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Its location is great, just a few minutes' walk from a nearby beach. The facilities for kids were also fantastic, featuring a large, staffed kids' club. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room complete with kitchen."
