"My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away."

"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. "Upon arrival which was late light after a long day of air travel. Tripped over a beer can going in. Yard was absolutely filthy as was front lawn. Street was pretty and other homes were kept well. Microwave had food in it. Sheets had black pills on them. They did appear clean. Pillow shams and comforter smelled.
