Situation: my daughter was trapped in the shower room because the rubber seal on the glass door is in poor state causing it to jam so tightly that it is not able to open . Fortunately, l was able to hear her call for help and had to call service manager to get maintenance crew to force open the door. A very embarrassing situation."
